Disappointed with concert experience at SDSU

I purchased floor level seats, row 2, $550. First, the only access to seats was going down the steep stairs from the top of the concourse so getting out was horrible and delayed. Didn't realize this was just a basketball arena. For the cost, i was dissatisfied with concert. Im a fan but it was very low budget show. 40 years of music and too much instrumental playing to take up time. The lead singer who was a fill in for an original had weak vocals that could barely be heard. Parking had no direction to get to concert. Could have purchased lower priced seats and had same experience. Concessions had normal over priced beer and wine which closed too early. Food selection was poor and also overpriced nachos, regular popcorn. Viegas Arena is a poor concert venue and will only go if I get inexpensive seats.
